Protect Your Data: We can secure data from the next natural disaster or man made disaster by keeping a daily copy of data, stored safely and securely off-site, from your office using 448 Bit encryption.
Remote Off-Site Back Up: We use FastBit Transfer Technology to efficiently transfer data over dial-up or high-speed Internet access. This software has proven to be extremely efficient at moving large quantities of data for archive and disaster recovery purposes. You can also back up other computers on the same Microsoft or Novell networks.
Client Software: The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows NT or 2000 servers and Windows 95/98/ME/NT 4.0/2000 workstations. The client software attaches to our back up servers, via the Internet in our office, and will transmit and store your data compressed and encrypted using 448 bit encryption.
What Platforms Can We Back Up: We can back up any server or workstation that has drives mapped to the system that the software resides on.
Secure Off-Site Data Retention: Data remains on our servers compressed and encrypted for the total safety of your data. You would have the only key to restore the data.
Data Retrieval: Data can be retrieved from the workstation, when needed. If a particular dated revision of a document is needed, it is as simple as point and click.
Tiered rates: Our tiered rates are based on the Maximum Compressed Data stored for your account, measured on a monthly basis. Billing can be monthly, quarterly or yearly, with discounts applied to quarterly and yearly billings.
